Kim went above and beyond for us from start to finish. When our house sale fell through she worked her tail off for us, to keep our deal intact while we got under contract again. I cant recommend her enough and she had a professional cleaner go through the house as the seller left it a mess. 2022

Kim did a great job with getting the house listed on every internet medium possible, including the C21 web site, other online services, and even Youtube. I was surprised at how many online realtors listed the property and with pictures. She worked with me to find local contractors and arranged for repairs to be completed since I live out of state. The house was about 15 miles from the nearest town and she made many trips for open houses and coordinating when services were needed. She was persistent and had good follow-through, I would highly recommend Kim for anyone considering the sale of their property. 2015
