Karen said one thing and did another. You want to be careful of the exact wording you use with her as she said she would repair our water heater, but what she really meant was that she would replace a nozzle which did not fix the issue and now its not her problem anymore. Do not close with her unless you are 100% everything is perfect, because she does not care about you one bit once she gets her money. 2018
