From the first meeting, Toni was open and transparent about everything in this process. I did not feel that it was a "sales" pitch, and she immediately took the time to ask me what I needed from her. My main need from a realtor is communication as things happen and change, and she did exactly that, every time. All items were in line for the closing, even though we had a complicated non-standard type of transaction.
