Listen. I am tough to work with as I am picky and stubborn. Joe stuck with me the entire time. We looked at A LOT of houses and there would be something I didnt like about all of them and it would be an end all. But I was specific. I needed a small house with a big yard and we searched near and kinda far for that house. I knew my home when I saw it. Joe agreed it was perfect for me and he guided me in the correct direction.
