I received several emails from Jessica the Director of operations telling that I need to have a realtor in order to view this property. " Unfortunately, Jim does not work directly with buyers. He is solely a listing agent. He only represents his client, the seller." Which I understand and that is why I have Attorney. I've purchased several properties and Never had a selling agent try to force me to get an realtor. This is Extremely Poor Business Educate.
