Chad is the best realtor that I have ever dealt with. From the first call to him, until my home was sold (about two weeks later), he never showed signs of slowing down. He hired an excellent photographer that was able to make my home look perfect, and immediately listed the property. From that point on, it seemed that we had at least one showing per day. He even took out my trash when I forgot to, right before a showing. When the offers started coming in, he advised us to be patient until the right offer came along. He is extremely detail oriented, and stayed in close contact with me until after the closing. Then another couple had recommended Chad, we spoke then just starting using Chad exclusively. Working with Chad was just so easy and no pressure at all.
