Bob's sons, Jon and Jared, helped me through the process of buying a house and closing on a house. I first met Jon who was a cheerful and helpful agent. He was quick to support us and give us information on the properties we viewed but he stayed back and let us tour the houses ourselves at our own pace rather than guide us through them. It meant we were able to look at properties the way we wanted to and it was an experience I enjoyed. Jon was fairly quick to set up tours for us when we wanted to see a house, usually only taking a couple days. We had him show us quite a lot of houses but he kept a cheerful attitude despite how many times we drug him away from an already swamped schedule to show us a place. Finally, Jon was the one who suggested the house we decided to buy. He listened to the types of things we were looking for and spotted a house for us that he thought we would like, and he picked the perfect one.

Through closing, Jon still kept in touch with us and updated us on many things while Jared took care of a lot of the closing process. I felt informed of everything I had to get done on my end during closing and they helped make sure everything was completed on time. For everything on 1st Choice Realty's side of the closing process, things went quickly and smoothly and I had little worries despite the stress of buying our first home. 1st Choice provided a great first time homebuying experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any other first time homebuyers looking for an agent to help them find their first home!
