She knows the market and she is smart, creative and hardworking. She sold a large piece of land with complicated easement and title issues that my brothers and I inherited from our father. She came up with several ideas for buyers and called them. She did research on the title in the county courthouse. She walked the property with a lot of buyers. We had a couple of possible deals fall through (no fault of hers--she did the best possible job of negotiating) and she was right back out there working on the next one. She is a great communicator and reliable. My brothers and I are all out of state at this point and she did a great job of keeeping us informed. This is our second time working with Teresa. She is professional and communicates he thoughts in preparing the property for sale. She does not recommend expensive upgrades, but make it presentable to the buyer. We are out of town investors and Teresa despite being quite far away, helped managed the property rehab. Being a first time home buyer I was overwhelmed and hesitant to begin the process. I was referred to Teresa via Home Light (from Credit Karma) and she promptly contacted me and urged for us to meet up. Due to Covid-19, my husband and I were hesitant to meet with strangers - she happily agreed to meet over Zoom. She gave me all the information that I needed for getting the process started and earnestly started the search for our new home. My husband and I did not own a vehicle - Teresa volunteered to pick us up and drop us off at our temporary residence multiple times. This was such a blessing! I was surprised that she even sponsored our lunch one day! It was too good to be true in my opinion. Saying "Thank You" is an underwhelming sentiment for all that you have done to help me sell my home. I had tenant in my home for two years and they were not kind to my home. When I saw the condition it was in, I was sure it was a total loss. From the first minute Teresa stepped out of her car and shook my hand she went to work. Walking around the house inside and out taking notes. She jumped on her laptop and began finding comparable homes in the area. All I saw was the damage to the home. Teresa saw what the house was going to look like. She put her Coming Soon sign in the yard and went to work. I live in another state and couldnt be there to oversee the work. Teresa met with contractors for quotes, picked out the paint color and flooring and managed the repair work. After the home inspection, we found out the stove needed to be replaced, she found one and had it installed.
