This comes after the market cooled and interest rates went up, so the place didnt just sell itself. Tom managed to get me more than the asking price. When the inspection showed items to be repaired or drop the price, he was able to negotiate for only a partial lowering of the repair amount. He has all the contacts to be able to handle a 1031 exchange, deal with property managers, title companies, mortgage companies, and all the moving pieces that can complicate a transaction with real estate. With over a month of delays by my lender, my good friend Tom was on top of it all every step of the way holding this amazing deal together with his expert negotiating and resourcefulness.
