In October 2018, I "googled" golf course communities and Christina's website, Sarasota Bay Real Estate, was one of the results. I looked at several websites; but, each time, kept going back to hers because each course was listed separately and homes for sale were listed within each golf course. Details about each community were displayed. When I would see a possible home, I would then research the golf course itself for initiation costs, monthly dues, etc. By using this combination, it was easy to narrow down choices. The website has an easy to use mortgage calculator that I used frequently. We had several conversations about different areas and homes and she was extremely helpful. One home we were considering had been on the market for six months. She investigated and told us it was directly across the street from many athletic fields with lights. Enough said. Then, in April 2019, we sold our home in Louisiana in four days and had to find a home fast in the Bradenton/Sarasota area. Christina was awesome and within five days, she assisted us in finding a new construction in the golf course community we desired. We communicated frequently by text, phone, and email. My wife and I started looking for Condos in the Sarasota area April 2018. We searched thru all the realtor sites and found Sarasota Bay Real Estates to be have the most information. My 1st contact with Christina Miller was an email inquiring about a condo In July 2018. We made offers on 3 Condos before closing on a condo the end of April 2019.
