Debbie worked with me to sell two lots in Teton County. She was great to work with. She did the legwork to find comparable properties and help me set a good price. She kept me informed with regular updates throughout the process. Because I am from out of town, she attended county planning meetings that would affect my property and passed the important info on to me. When offers came in, she gave me objective advice without pushing me either way. Also, because the surveyor's price came in higher than she had quoted me on the phone (because they had recently raised their prices), she insisted on giving me a refund for the difference at closing. I appreciated her integrity. Even though, I know the market was going crazy in Teton Valley, I never felt like she was too busy for me, even though I'm sure I was one of the less expensive properties she was selling.
