They are so kind and accommodating, working with your schedule as best as possible. Paula explained things to us where we could understand it (since realtor-eze is not a language we speak). She was patient when we needed the same thing explained again later after we got ourselves all confused. Communication is important to me, and they always communicated with me quickly to provide information or answer our questions. To ensure our needs were met, Team Snow stepped in if they were not personally available to meet or answer questions, or provide information. Paula and Jeff are experienced and knowledgeable about the area, processes, resources, and help with a warm handoff to the other branches that you need to work with during the sale and purchase processes. Even before the final signatures were done, they had provided us with next steps and contact information for places and things we needed.

I was looking for my Perfect Retirement Home and first contacted Paula a while back just asking for advice and market information. She provided a great rundown which really showed me her knowledge of the area real estate market and as a realtor. When I found the perfect home she was quick to respond and suggest an offer strategy. It was a seller's market and because of her advice our offer was the one accepted out of many and the dollar amount was not necessarily the bottom line reason ours was the offer accepted. After that she and her team guided us the purchase, inspections, mortgage of the home which we could not have done with her due to we were residing in another state when we bought our house. After the purchase and move in she kept in contact with us to see how our move in was going and if she could help in any way. I would recommend Paula to anyone without hesitation. An absolutely GREAT realtor. Very professional, honest, and trustworthy.

This is the second home that I have bought and the process of going through Moving states and having somebody in that state really, and truly go up to bat for you, even when she was on vacation was reassuring for us.
From the 1st day I called her from Zillow listing. She was quick and knowledgeable about real estate. Which I have to have. I dont like agents that take time to get back with you. It shows they are either to busy for you or dont know the information. Not with her, she was quick and texted or emailed right away.
Paula was recommended to me from a friends realtor within the same company, eXp. At first, everything was great and Paula was helpful, sending my husband and I different emails with informational education on the home buying process. This was our first time buying a home. We are a military family and we were buying in Florida all the way from Hawaii, sight unseen, relying on Paulas help and trust to video the homes we were interested in. She did well taking videos. She did well answering all of our questions. Once we closed on our house, we felt completely cut off by Paula. We have never met her in person and I thought for sure there would be some effort in wanting to meet us on her end and there was none. I reached out to her to let her know we made it to Florida and were in the home and the conversation was short. A couple days later we expressed that we had some difficulties with our keys and almost getting locked out of the house so we wouldnt be able to make a customer appreciation event she was holding, there was nothing on her end short of I understand. I feel like there should have been better customer service on Paulas end after closing and after we arrived to see the house for the first time. As a military family and first time home buyers, I DO NOT recommend Paula unfortunately.

They were right there to help fill in the gap and go to bat for us as they handled the purchase of our new home here in Cantonment Florida while we were living in Nebraska. Paula was recommended by our Orlando Realtor Bill Bliss, whom represented us to sell our Orlando home. Paula was fantastic! My wife and Father in Law, with Paula, went to several houses to view to match the criteria we had for our house. Paulas tireless ability was greatly appreciated to weed out several homes we had looked out in Realtor and Zillow that did not match either being to far out from my Father in Laws location or just wrongfully representing photos. Old photos from before used to be present ones. Paula knew this from previous showings to other clients. Very helpful and time saving. Paula was also instrumental in getting financing after our original financial company whom we had used on our previous home, changed the person we were working with 2 times without telling us which wasted way too much time and then said we could not use our VA loan due to a change from VA that that company knew about but failed to inform us therefore causing us not to be able to finance though that company. Now we went under a big time crunch to move out of our sold home in Orlando to Pensacola and Paula with her vast resources of being a fantastic realtor, was able to get us local financing in a short time thanks to her resources. She saved the day.
