We were able to finally sell both of our Idaho homes which is an extreme weight off our shoulders finally! Monique sold her house with The Anderson Group, a highly marketed and advertised firm. The experience with this realtor and their unpleasant staff was difficult to say the least. In my experience, the big business realtors with a ton of listings aren't the realtors to choose.

I rarely write reviews, but Jared was such an amazing real estate agent that I felt compelled to do so. Jared is by far the best of the best. I Jared come out a few years back to look at my house and see what he thought we could list the property for. At that time it was too close to list so we turned the property into a rental home for a few years. Being landlords from a far off distance is no fun and we had a myriad of bad tenants. When it came time to sell the house we had challenges and hurdles, all of which we overcame with Jared's help. Jared managed to get six different offers in a difficult market and even though a few fell through because of issues with the buyers, we were finally able to close the deal last month. As a former mortgage broker, I was impressed with Jared's knowledge of the industry and market. He was great at determining comps and the right listing price. He was protective of our interests and provided us with sound advice. The cherry on top was his responsiveness. He must work all waking hours of the day since he would respond all hours and days of the week. Above all, Jared has integrity and I know I can trust him. I can't thank you enough Jared for all your hard work.
