With the help of this Realty Group, I started building a house in a city located 1800 miles distance from where I currently live. This Realty Group recommended a smaller builder who proved to be difficult to work with. I had to involve friends and family to check on the progress of the house because this Realty Group would not check for me. This made the watching over the building process extremely difficult. This Realty Group did little to approach the builder on my behalf to help correct the many detailed issues that arose during the building process. During the final walk through, the condition inside the house as found by a team of family and friends including this Realty Group, was horrendous! I was dubious about closing based on the number of items on the punch list and the history with this builder plus the fact that this Realty Group had not been consistently helping. Once again, this Realty Group recommended I close and promised me they would follow up on the closing punch list of items. Since my closing on Feb 3, 2017 this Realty Group never returned to the property to verify that the items needing to be corrected on the outside of the house were completed. Nor did they returning my phone calls, texts or emails. I am disappointed with this Realty Group. They have failed me and I regret this purchase.
