She also knows her clients and the corect house
for the right client. Therefore she doen't waste time
with a client until she thinks she something that "is
just what the client is looking for". Therefore since
she knows the market and she knows the current inventory
she proceeds to make more and better sales. Because
she is so well trained she will make more and better (happier)
sales for her clients. She used her professionalism to sell my
home and she did a spectacular job. Happier, the buyers were
thrilled and so were the sellers. That's a wonderful combination.
