We had a huge hiccup occur shortly after we accepted an offer on our previous home. A water filter fitting cracked under the sink in the kitchen and flooded a portion of the basement. This caused a massive headache and stressful situation for us to deal with through our home owners insurance and the assigned contractor and potentially could have caused the perspective buyers to back out. As you can imagine we were extremely nervous, frustrated, and stressed out about the new offer potentially falling through but Cameron maintained communication throughout the entire debacle with my husband and I and the buyers Realtor to keep everyone informed and reassured us that everything would work out as it should and it did!
