LuAnn asked alot of questions and took measurements of all the buildings. She took several pages of notes and listened to what I had to say. She also gave me options on listing ranges and how to improve my home to get more money for it. We ended up getting more than our asking price. I had a great time working with her.

We've known LuAnn Popp for many years, and she had always been willing to help us with market analyses and information, even though we didn't have a house to buy or sell at the time.
