Due to Pat Hrubys knowledge of Madelia and the surrounding areas, we listed our family home with Pat. He was good at setting expectations for a price and laying out a realistic timeframe for the sale of the house. As things came up, he was up front with issues that required attention. It ended up that he was right on with the timeframe and close with the price. We were pleased with the experience and would highly recommend his services.
