I did some research online about local realtors in the area. I was impressed with the reviews that Barbara had in various places online. I ended up reaching out to several different realtors, but the most responsive, detailed, and personal responses that I got from Barbara and her team really set them apart from everyone else from the start.

Barbara and her team were communicative throughout the entire process about where they were posting the property listing. They also were able to supply interesting statistics about the different locations where the property was listed, for example a summary of the amount of views of the property at each of the online websites.

What a wonderful experience I had with Century 21 Ocean! I had been struggling to sell my house for months during the pandemic, and chose to move from my original agents to Century 21 Ocean in November, 2020. I worked primarily with Barbara and Chris throughout this process, but also spent a bit of time with James, and they're all wonderful people. The team gave me lots of excellent advice on ways to really improve the house, including staging (which I will review separately). Their attention to detail was fantastic, spotting things which I had hardly noticed after living there for ten years, we were ready to list at the beginning of 2021. Over the following month I ended up signing three contracts, as prospective buyers quickly pulled out for one minor reason or another, much to my disappointment. However Chris and Barbara helped me keep my chin up, aggressively pursued other leads, and we never had the house on the market for more than about a week without an offer in place. Massive thanks from across the pond to Barbara and team at Century 21 Ocean. Shortened version of an unbelievable story is that Barbara and her team were engaged blind to sell a property locally for which I held Power Of Attorney on behalf of my Father In law. Being some 4000 miles away and having at the time of the proposed marketing never been to the States I was in the dark. I looked on line for Real Estate Agents locally and was drawn to Century 21 Ocean and Barbara, having corresponded with Barbara on line she answered me quickly, courteously and basically was 100% up front on what she would do and how she and her team would do their best to deliver a sale. We spoke on the telephone and I was convinced this girl was the one that I wanted to engage to sell the property. There was another party involved in the Co ownership of the property in question and based upon local knowledge (allegedly) from this Co Owners friends in the area this individual was wanting to use another Agent to sell the property and try and save a measly 1% on Commission fees. Have to say I was not going to play ball with this as you pay peanuts you get monkeys and I wanted the property marketed by a Company who my gut feeling based on mailings and conversations could deliver.

We listed our condo in Cocoa Beach with Barbara Schluraff just before Hurricane Irma hit. This made this the hardest and most complicated property sale we have been through. Even though there was no damage to our individual unit there were several issues regarding repairs to the common elements.
Barbara was able to navigate us through all of this and kept us up to date every step of the way and gave us quick feedback after each showing. Barbara even managed various repair jobs for us while we were away. I'm not sure another agent would have gone that far.
