They spoke so highly of her that I thought they were wearing rose-colored glasses. I was wrong. She exceeded every expectation. Amy is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. We have been searching by ourselves for quite sometime and finally decided we needed an agent. My wife and I had been looking at properties online for over a year. During that time we became familiar with several of the listing agents names/faces that we would see on numerous listings. The quality of the listing varied greatly depending on the listing agent. We noticed Amys listings consistently delivered the quality we expected for online information. The quality of pictures, choices of what to picture and number of pictures made Amys listings tower above her competition. We trusted the same work ethics that Amy uses in her listing would be used in other areas as well. The first house Amy took us to see fit most of our wants/needs in a home. Amy gave us the names and numbers of a few different brokers that she recommended. A foreclosure from years past was hanging over us and prevented us from a home purchase. With the foreclosure hanging over our heads the broker, Steve, advised us to wait one more year to open up more buying options for us. I was embarrassing. Once a year had passed our instinct was to avoid Amy and the reminder of our embarrassing denial. After a year had passed we looked at other properties with other agents. Their knowledge, professionalism, follow up and promptness were found to be lacking. Then we found the house that gave us goose bumps, the Oh my God_this is it! house. We need we wanted to deal with a professional and we needed a professional. Without hesitation Amy was our choice. And, Amy was the right choice! Amy was not only informed on the key property of our interests but on ALL three or four others we were considering. Amys knowledge of each of our other considerations helped save us all valuable time. During the entire rollercoaster ride of our purchase Amy was there. When I needed to get measurements for appliances and needed someone to unlock the door, Amy was there. When my own inspector needed to inspect the house, Amy was there. When I had questions on the status of things, a question of what was needed or papers faxed, Amy was there. Once even when I just wanted to go and look inside the house again (to remind myself why I got on this rollercoaster) Amy was there! We original chose Amy on the assumption/trust that the labors we were able to observe from the outside (potential buyer) would be consistent with the labors and efforts once on the inside (buyers).
