This is the second time I needed Dan and teams expertise. The fist was 4 years ago to buy my house. Being a first time home buyer is scary. So many questions that you don't even know to ask! So many things that you don't even think about. Luckily Dan and team know this and are prepared (I think they have a file doc labeled "Noob questions") lol, cause I really felt dumb asking some of the things I asked. But they never made me feel dumb for asking, they casually answered all the questions in a manner I understood, no lingo that would need googled or a reply asking what they mean. They took me step by step via Email, text, voicemail, or direct. They worked with me and my lender to get me prepared for the bid process, the buy process and after. With my chaotic schedule (working nights with a ton of overtime) this was a huge task. When my eventual house popped on the market Dan called me direct (waking me up) telling me we need to check it out. everything was already laid out so I just showed up, red eyed and 2/3 rds asleep. In the end I got the house, lender was already waiting to send out the funds. Closing was quick since the place was vacant. Fast forward to 4 years later. I decided it was time to sell and I knew only 1 person could do that for me, Dan. I hit Dan up via Email (still working weird hours) asking what needs done. And just as I expect from Dan and team I got answers to things I never ever thought of. With the house ready, my stress level through the roof, the house goes on the market. Now the wait....... HA! NOT! I thought it was going to be at least a couple weeks but it ended up being 16 hrs. Not joking! 10K over asking! And it really sold in 16 hrs. Blew my mind. So with the breakdown in front of me I look and Dan and said "now lets buy another!" lol. Just like that i'm in the process of closing on another house at 9K under asking. As far as i'm concerned if i'm ever needing Real Estate services, be it buying or selling i'm only calling Dan.
