With this being our first home buying experience, Mark was knowledgeable and helped us understand the process. He helped us find our home and negotiate the price. He was with us every step of the way, from helping with inspections, helping with the mortgage process, selecting an insurance policy and anything else we asked. When the seller did everything she could to screw up the settlement, Mark was there, arranging for the inspector to come back and a master plumber to diagnose the issues the seller did not resolve and provide a quote on the spot. We made it to settlement on time, despite the seller not thinking we would, and he and our attorney got us through settlement.
