Jesse McDaniel is simply an outstanding real estate pro! I acquired a house in Roswell by having the deed transferred to me in lieu of the owner declaring bankruptcy. The house had actually been condemned by the city of Roswell! Jesse pointed me toward some home improvement folks who not only restored the house, but added a den, bedroom and another full bathroom. When I listed the house, he brought me a couple of offers within 4 days of listing it and a signed purchase agreement within 10 days!! When the house appraised for $11,000 less than the buyers offer, Jesse negotiated a sale for $4000 over the appraised value. He was always quick to pass along the various paperwork required in the following days, routing everything electronically through Authentisign.comwhich was helpful since I live in Albuquerque. When just a week before closing we found out the title could not be insured by the title insurance company because the original owner had acquired it as a tax sale so that a Quite Title legal suite had to be executed, Jesse was there for the following year with continual extension paperwork agreements (yeah, it took a year to resolve since I ended up having to change lawyers, the original judge got appointed to a federal judgeship, plus innumerable, unforeseeable problems). In the final 6 months, when the buyer moved in as a renter while waiting for the court process to unfold, Jesse even served as property manager! When the house finally closed just over one year from the original closing date, Jesse again ensured all paperwork was executed quickly and efficiently.
