Most agents say they work for you which they do BUT not like Wendy! She goes above and beyond. She looks out for your best interest. She has your back every step of the way. There wasnt 1 time that I was put aside while she had to handle something, I WAS her priority and handled any question I had or paper work that had to be completed. She followed up on every single item that was required from the buying agent to keep things moving. This was my second time having Wendy as my agent and I would NEVER use anyone else.
