Four days later we had a signed Purchase and Sale Agreement, and 30 days later we closed. Now, this is not the norm, and I knew that. First, it was an estate sale, which meant it was being sold "as is". Jeff helped me go through the house and identify the potential risks, some I knew, and some I didn't. His professionalism, and honesty was extremely helpful in the situation.
Second, there were a couple of offers for the property, and the seller was going to make a decision that day.
