From the start to the finish the sale of my home was properly and professionally represented. Jan did an excellent presentation of comparable homes that sold in my area. Signage showed my home was for sale with a note to make an appointment helpful in rural setting. Photos showed my home in a way I was proud to see. Drone photos of the outside gave an overall picture. Very nice. Robin, Jan's office assistant was able to find the water rights to the property and answered many of my questions. When I move back to the South coast, I will be looking Jan up to buy my home! Jan you were everything the retired Realtor I know said you would be! Honest, Fair, and Professional. We hired Jan & her team in January 2020 to help sell our recently deceased fathers home. Jan was referred to us and had good online reviews. She disappointed us from the start. The day the house was listed, a neighbor we sent to her wanted to make an offer on the house. From that point on, they did not deliver promised services. They used an online picture of the house in which my dad was in the photo to originally list the house. We told them in January we did not want this picture used for the listing. We had to ask for other pictures to be taken and posted. We had to ask for the staging that was originally promised. We had to call to get a status versus the constant communication we were promised. She did send us a letter apologizing for the lack of service we were receiving and offered to reduce the seller & buyers fees. However, this offer was contingent on us signing an agreement that we would not publicly share our experience. Jan and her team wanted us to sign an agreement saying we would not communicate negative opinions or information about Jan Delimont, Julie Stephens, Robin Richards-Schneider, any RE/MAX South Coast agents/brokers, Coos Bay Properties, LLC and/or RE/MAX LLC with regard to the sale, actions, and events surround the transfer of the property This includes not communicating in any way to any person and/or on social media, including not posting any negative reviews or public or private comments to any hard copy or online medium.

Jan knows her stuff. She'll help you present your house in the best light (100 watt is recommended). Jan is honest and understands the negotiating game. She is pleasant and approachable. Jan is a good listener and makes you feel valued.
