A friend who has used Kristi in the past and also knew her and her husband personally recommended them. I asked Kristi to walk through my house months before I listed it and advise me what changes to make before selling. She was thorough and honest with me from the beginning which helped immensely.

Kristi and Todd are approachable and down to earth people but so professional at the same time. Kristi communicated the details of the contracts and inspections to me in a way that I was able to understand.

I was excited to see how quickly my property was listed on line and how many pictures of my house were posted. Besides the sign in the front yard they posted a sign in the back yard which would be seen by many walking the trail that ran behind my house.
