I met Rachael upon a recommendation from a friend. I interviewed 3 other realtors for the sale of my house. I was pleased with Rachael's professional appearance and demeanor. She spoke articulately and professionally. Although I had some recent negative experiences with realtors on another sale, I felt almost immediately at ease with Rachael. I felt confident she would be my advocate and have my best interests in mind always.
Rachael did not disappoint. I would not say it was a totally easy sale. We had a number of kinks and obstacles to work through. Rachael was always pleasant and acted in my interest while maintaining her integrity as well as mine and the buyers. I am 100% convinced that no other realtor would extend themselves to protect and present my house with the respect Rachael did. I am out of state and my property was vacant in a neighborhood most would consider vulnerable and less than desirable.
It is unusual for me to fill out a survey with 5 out of 5 stars as I have above for Rachael. She is more than deserving. My highest recommendation for exceptional service and integrity.

Rachael is amazing! She made everything so easy, and our condo was under contract in four days, closing quickly after! This all happened during the COVID-19 pandemic, and she couldn't have been more considerate or helpful! So grateful and impressed!

Rachael made me feel comfortable and at ease from the first minute we met. I was confident that she would accomplish whatever she said she would do for me which was sell my home at a fair market value. What made this situation unique is that she made that declaration to me in 2017 when I was moving for my job and the market was not in my favor. She kept in touch with me, formulating strategy and keeping me calm from that day to the day she completed the sale of my home in March of 2020. Rachael is an excellent Agent on top of being a nice person. I would recommend using her services for all of your realty needs.
