Deb represent the sellers and the buyers (Paul and Nancy). During the process, it was discovered, much to the dismay of both the sellers and buyers, that there had been a bad survey in 1972. The cabin was partially on another parcel and the garage was entirely on the other parcel. The sellers did not know this and were without blame. Someone screwed up nearly 50 years ago. Deb worked with the County, a new surveyor, the sellers and the adjoining owners to get the necessary deeds, and county approval, to clean up the title and to get the new survey map approved. She worked hard to make our dream happen as we had always wanted a lake cabin in Burnett County. 2020

Very disappointed in lack of prrofessional and ethical work of this realtor. She would tell me one thing and then advertise wrong information, and bring contracts woth different information than she verbally stated. Offered 5% commission then changed to 6% on contract. She sent other realtors to my house when I told her it wasn't available to show because people were there. She posted wrong build dates and misled buyers with false information despite telling her the information needed to be truthful. 2018
