I was so fortunate to have found Karen West when I finally decided to sell my home. She was there for me every step of the way. I was concerned that since my house had been around for so long that I might have problems selling it. But she assured me that she had no doubt that it would sell, and she took many extra steps (that not all realtors do) to assure that it did sell. For instance, she gave me several decorating and staging tips and even hired a professional photographer to take the most amazing photos of my home!! On top of that she literally spent hours with me answering all of my questions via phone call, text or email no matter what time of the day or night it was. I sincerely appreciated her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic that resulted in a super fast sale of my home. I would absolutely never hesitate to recommend her as a Realtor. You wont find a better one out there!
