This is in response to the message below, Before you bash someone, make sure it's the right person! Sandra has been nothing but professional. "I" am the one that held up the buying process. After we made the offer we were notified by our lender that I could save 4k$ on my down payment and 200 a month on the mortgage payment if I'd payoff a credit card account. So the fact you throw out bad credit and bash Sandra name says alot about your facts! With that said we are fully approved to purchase your home for the price we agreed on within the next 2 weeks or sooner if possible. If not, then so be it. We have a 2nd and 3rd option. Next time make sure you blame the right person! I'm the one that made this decision.
