Louise was such a great help in guiding us to finding a home with the goals and expectations we had in mind. We were new to the area and she was knowledgeable of the area, schools, shopping, etc. Every concern we had she quickly and competently addressed. She helped us obtain a great price on our home and hammering out the details of the deal. I never had to worry about anything catching us by surprise. Recently we learned we needed to sell our home after one year due to a relocation. She helped us get the best price so that we did not lose out on this surprise sale. The pictures and advertisements were fabulous. We sold our home within a week. She is the best.

I had an AMAZING experience with Louise. She sold my property in record time but did so much more -- holding my hand at every step of the process, keeping me informed, making sure I completed the necessary documents, arranging for cleaners, and providing guidance on everything from setting a sales price and staging the property to inspections and repairs. She has a really deep knowledge and understanding of the area. She even showed up for appointments once I had moved and couldn't be there.
