I knew Michelle was the best realtor my husband and I could have worked with from the first day we met her. She made the home buying process a great experience. We were able to view many beautiful homes remotely and save the ones we loved the most to view in person. When we met in person, she kept our interests and safety a priority. She would already be anticipating the things that might need to be addressed in the home that I didnt think about, which reflects her experience in this industry. She would also explain the home as if she had lived there herself which was quite impressive! She was also respectful in communicating the home owners rules while viewing them which shows how she cares not only about the buyers but also about the sellers homes.
Michelle was also extremely quick to respond to any inquires we had about any part of the home buying process. Our conversations were honest and realistic which really benefit us when looking for a home within such a short time frame. Michelle is a true real estate professional. I had my home on the market for 7 months and fired my previous agent and hired her. She sold the house in 3 weeks! Chris and myself were renting, but due to some personal issues wound up on a month to month. We were contacted by our landlord who decided to sell the property, and in February were told that we would have to be out by March. Even though we had little time, and were first time home buyers, Michelle was patient, knowledgeable, and worked within our budget and where we wanted to live. This is my third time selling a house in Albuquerque, and without question the best experience I've had. Michelle was confident in her approach to the entire process. We invited her to provide input several weeks before listing, which she did. We followed through on her recommendations along with some planned updates of our own. After receiving five offers in about two weeks, we accepted one and closed on schedule. This was particularly impressive as we were out of the country for most of the intervening time, and Michelle worked diligently to ensure all inspections / repairs / hiccups were quickly and appropriately handled. Michelle Rohl was highly recommended to me by a close friend who had used her services when selling her house in Paradise Hills. So I contacted Michelle when I was looking for a house for my daughter and grandkids. We wanted a house in the Bosque farms to Los Lunas area and one that was affordable for my daughter. Even though Michelle is based in the Albuquerque area she was able to search and recommend a multitude of homes in this area. The listings were sent to my computer for my review and then a walkthrough of any homes that we interested in was arranged.
