There are truly not enough words to describe the awesomeness that is Lisa and her team. She somehow managed to make buying a house across the country in the middle of a global pandemic seem easy. We started out trying FSBO, but thankfully for us, Lisa was persistent, persuasive, and effective. Over the course of a few conversations, she convinced us that she could market the property much more effectively that we could, that she would provide significant value in the process (effectively covering the realtor commission), and that she would do everything she could to get the property sold before the new year.
