We selected Liz Kargar to be our realtor because she sold us the house we are now selling. She provided excellent service in finding us a house that we dreamed of, it worked out, we loved the house for each of the years we lived there. We expected the same great service again and we got it. At our first visit she showed us the figures she had developed before coming. We heard her expected sales price, and the likely time it would take to find a buyer, etc and etc.
We thought she was too optimistic in her projections but we went along.
It turned out she was close to all of her projections and we were soon packing to move out. Looking back I almost cant believe how good she was to us. Where do you find someone better than this?
