I do not recommend this seller's agent. We have moved ten times and working with this realtor was the worst experience we have ever had. Angie did not respond to communications. The minimum you expect from a sellers agent is that they will communicate and will make sure the seller follows the written contract. On closing day, the sellers refused to vacate the property. Angie did not communicate with us about the delay, did not have a tenants agreement prior to closing if the tenants needed to stay. We were unable to do final walk through on day of closing because Angie had not scheduled it with the sellers and children were alone in the house. The sellers, after the scheduled closing time and when we were ready to walk away from the sale, finally signed an agreement to vacate in ten days and have the house professionally cleaned. Angie did not insure that the house was cleaned according to the agreement. Trash was throughout the yard and shed. The gazebo was broken and bent and laying on pool deck, deck and throughout yard. Rusty tables and grills were strewn throughout yard, furniture and garbage left in front of the house. The professional cleaning promised in the tenants agreement was never scheduled even though they knew our move was delayed and our landlord was being inconvenienced. We scheduled cleaners ourselves for $500 and Angie only gave $200 from the security deposit. Where do you find a pro cleaner for 3 bedroom house for $200? This realtor is not kind, courteous or professional. Once you sign the deal, don't expect to hear from her. I suggest avoiding any house this agent is selling unless you are up for a lot of drama and unneeded stress. We have had great agents in all of our previous home sales and purchases and this was nothing like those professional transactions.
