Shannon helped me buy and 3 years later sell the property. She was fantastic during both opportunities to work with her. When it came time to sell, Shannon informed me ahead of time where to put my efforts during the prep, and helped me balance the multiple offers I received, as well as made herself available. She went above expectations by checking on my place while I was away for multiple weeks for work.
