This was a difficult sale and purchase. Rhonda listed my house and we received a full price offer within 7-10 days. The buyer wanted points to complete the sale and concessions on the condition of the property which we provided. The purchase was proceeding and then after 3 weeks, the buyer backed out. I had lost many buyers opportunities and had to settle for a low offer from an investor. There were other complications in the purchase of my new house. Through it all Rhonda was professional, thoughtful and accessible and went out of her way to accomplish the sale of my house and the purchase of the new one.
