It has been a delight to work with Tina! I appreciate all the work Tina has done from the start to finish! Other than making the sale happen, the small things that Tina had done were appreciated the most such as being present when the inspector and maintenance people went to service the condo, helping me with upgrading the smoke/fire sensors, and even installing new floormats at the entrances of the condo to ensure the floor stay clean when potential buyers visit the place.

I dealt with this broker before they changed the name. I was pleased with them, even though I was unsuccessful in selling my home. The previous contract had run out and a friend recommended Tina. I was hesitant, but am forever grateful that I called her when I did. She was ready to have me sign up again since she was confident this could become a reality.
