Cindy Smith sent me daily emails of houses that were available. It was that daily connection that made me stay with her as a broker. I know that it is something that was automated and likely sent to everyone, but it still helped me continue to look. There was always that daily offer of help. Once I did find other houses wanted to visit, we met for the first time. She was extremely helpful in every way and I felt I had a good rapport with her. I felt I could count on her advice and she wouldn't steer me wrong. When you live in another state and you are doing everything "virtually" it is important to trust each other. She feels like the one friend I have in NC because I don't know anyone else there.
