I really don't think anyone can do better than Dennis Stout for a realtor. He was reliable, quick to respond, dedicated and best of all: human! He understood us and our needs and wants but also listened to us. He offered excellent advice but was not pushy. We never felt rushed or uninformed. As first time homeowners that was really important to us because it can be scary buying your first home but Dennis was really wonderful and working with him brought peace of mind.
