Bob recently sold my property in Panama City beach, he took some great pictures of my property and in one day I had an offer, Bob reviewed all my documents to make sure everything was correct before sending it to me, then he called me and explained everything and again he kept I touch with me throughout the process making sure everything went smoothly which it did. Bob Douglas is such a personable, sweet and warm person to work with. His knowledge of Florida real estate was just the tip of the ice berg of what I found to be his extensive knowledge. Bob has a degree in structural engineering has extensive experience in contacting which was such a huge help as we were looking at home/properties and once we found ours. He was able to help dream up our home expansion. He knew how to talk to us about and what to look for when looking at the underside of the home and roofing and throughout the home during our initial inspection period. Bob stayed engaged with us all through the escrow process and has remaid a help and source of information as our home warranty goes into effect. Where do I start? I just sold my first home, and the whole process gave me anxiety -- until I met Mr. Douglas! He was the selling agent for my mother, and she raved about how wonderful and thorough he was. I gave him a call and was not disappointed. EVERY question I had (there were lots), he answered in terms I understood. He explained the process to me as it happened and let me know what to expect and when. He touched base often, which I appreciated especially because I was out of state. He went by the house frequently, which gave me piece of mind, too.
