My house on Lake Grapevine was 1st listed on the market in April 2017. After 10 months on the market, over 40 showings and 2 price reductions I had not received any offers. So I took it off the market and looked for another agent. Shortly after that I met with Austin at the home and discussed how he would handle the home if I chose him. To be honest my mind was made up after the 1st meeting, but I interviewed two other agents, presumably with much more experience. The only ideas the other agents had was spend money to update the house or lower the price by at least $100,000. The 1st thing I notice about Austin is his energy, then his creativity. He told me being a lake house, I wasn't just selling a home, I was selling a life style. He got it! I knew right then I wanted him selling my home. We waited about a month, cleaned up the home some, inside and out, adjusted the staging and re-listed the house at the end of March at the same price as when it was taken off the market. THE VERY NEXT DAY AUSTIN GOT ME AN OFFER ABOVE ASKING PRICE! That's right ONE day. After an inspection and some small negotiations, we had an all cash deal and closed less that 2 weeks later. So yes, I highly recommend Austin. He will work his tail off for you.
