We were assigned Lisa Shestack from Keller Williams through Zillow- this was the best thing that could have happened to us. Lisa called first thing the next morning after I put in a request to see a house through Zillow and we could tell right away that she was a go-getter, knew her stuff, and was willing to work for us.
We were moving from Wisconsin to the Rhode Island/Massachusetts area so our situation was a bit complicated. We gave Lisa 2 days for when we would be able to see houses and she worked hard for us to get in to see as many houses as we were interested in. We found the one we liked and she was quick to put in an offer. Once the buyers accepted the offer, Lisa's job did not stop there. Since we were back in WI she had to help with all aspects of the house purchase process, including meeting the inspector, radon test, walk-thru, etc. To make matters more complicated, our WI bank did not secure our loan for us due to a terrible appraisal and Lisa was quick to recommend a local mortgage company and loan officer that was able to get the job done.
