Chad gave some helpful advice about the touch up we did in our home. Our home sold while we were on vacation and he worked really well with us during that. It also got a little stressful with our buyers wanting a new roof. But Chad was there to help with all of it. We felt like he had our best interests in mind and did all that he could to make it as pleasant as possible. If we ever sale again, we would love to work with Chad again. He was wonderful! 2015
