In a nutshell, Anna Hunt was superb. She has a quiet, respectful, European manner combined with a hard headed American attention to detail and focus on results. She guided us through a complex process, made unnecessarily more difficult by our choice of lender, with never a loss of composure or the slightest impatience. Throughout, her actions made clear that our interests were her priority.
