Jason Kidwell is one of the most professional realtors I have ever worked with and gotten the pleasure of knowing. He helped my husband and I buy a home during the pandemic and made the process such a breeze. He knew every question we asked, and even went into detail with each procedure. He would bring paperwork for us to keep about each property and fit us into his schedule with ease and flexibility. Jason knows exactly what he is talking about and will provide any source of information needed for the buyer. He works around the clock to get an understanding of what you are looking for and researches many properties to show. This is the second time that we enlisted Geoff for finding a house. If there were a third time Id call him again without hesitation. He and his team were superb throughout the entire process. Geoff was accessible and went out of his way to accommodate our schedule. The response to questions was quick whether by phone, text, or email. Geoff has tremendous insight into properties and provided advice that allowed us to find a house and to navigate the complexities of real estate transactions. I would highly recommend his agency.

Geoff and his team are absolutely outstanding! From the initial contact, to working with a stager, to preparing the house for pictures, and the lead-up to the open house, Geoff leveraged his years of experience and wide network of resources and professionals to sell our house quickly and for a great price (we had an offer 2 days after our open house!). He was always responsive, always straight-forward, and always working with our best interest in mind. We found a house we loved over the Christmas season, and Geoff hustled to help us craft our best offer and get it submitted on a short time frame, even as most people were off work. Talk about above and beyond!
