Katie Ridgway and her team were a vital part of making our transfer to Tennessee smooth despite the impossible market that we had to navigate. They helped us with the area trends, schools, traffic, construction, road noise, etc.. and what needs we would truly have when selecting a home outside of our state. During each home visit (even the virtual ones) they helped us with the tiniest of details and explained when certain aspects of a home would not meet our specific needs. Katie and Kris educated us on what to look out for and maintenance needs of particular homes an invaluable asset as we were coming into different climate and terrain than we were familiar with. Katie and her team did a phenomenal job in translating what amenities had value in TN that would typically not have any value from where we were coming. All of this helped us decide on which property to ultimately invest into. While we were in the month-long transition of moving from Texas to Tennessee, her team would stop by our home to check on it during weather changes, allow contractors inside to update the home, and to keep an eye on our mail. We felt as if we had family taking care of us while we were hundreds of miles away. We can not thank them enough for helping us throughout the entire process and being our voice while we couldn't not be in person. We know they went far, far above and beyond a traditional team would have and we have settled into Tennessee quickly because of their generosity. We look forward to working with Katie again on our next home (years from now!).

Our family moved from out of state to TN. When we spoke with Katie on the phone, she really listened to our needs and wants. The listing that she sent were exactly what we wanted to see. When we flew out to look at homes, we have made a major change to our needs - adding in-law quarters for my parents and she quickly refined her search showing us several homes that fit our needs during our brief visit.
