Robin helped us navigate through a very, difficult sale. After we listed it, buyer's inspector discovered SEVERE water damage, taking a long time to repair, causing delay after delay, not to mention STRESS. Robin never ran dry of suggestions, and though we were in a different state than our property, she managed to keep everyone connected. She always kept us informed, and she explained everything thoroughly. Our sale was probably the most frustrating she ever had in her career, but she never complained. She is a pro in every sense. A realtor should be tailored to your needs and wishes and will be a great asset when trying to close a deal. n nIt was extremely important to my family and I, that we find the right retirement home and rental property. Throughout the next 2 years we found ourselves involved in the process of setting up a life in a different place. n nBefore finding Robin I worked with a few other realtors in the area, but was not satisfied. After meeting Robin it quickly became apparent that her services went above and beyond the others in every category. Robin is unique because she has set high standards for herself by making her clients needs as important as her own. Also unique to Robin is her commitment to her clients after the closing of the property. Even now Robin continues to be there for me, sending requested market analysis and answering any pertinent question. I can always depend on her to be helpful by sharing her vast skills and knowledge. n nThese purchases were unique from each other, and had there own set of challenges. They were also similar since we had to rely on technology to fill in the gapes when we weren't in the area. We used Face Time for live walkthroughs, and other technologies for signing documents in real time and communication. Although this method was not the ideal, it was feasible and helped us meet our goals. Robin's availability and technical prowess made this process a lot easier.
