Richard explained everything, and guided me throughout the whole process. He motivated me to keep going, getting the house cleaned out and ready for the new owners. He has great, reliable contacts who were able to do updates and cleaning and make it market-ready in short order, and for a reasonable amount. Since I live in another state, there was some anxiety about doing it long distance, but he made sure everything went perfectly.
